I will arrive at least an hour before your party commences, as I like to be punctual & it gives me time to set up,
How long does it take to set up the equipment?
Setting up takes roughly 45 minutes before your event start time. De-rigging at the end takes 30 minutes.
This must be taken into account when planning any arrangements.
We need 2 x 13 amp sockets. A flat floor area of least 3 mtrs x 2 mtrs and with a head height of 2.2 mtrs is required with ease of access for a vehicle and for unloading the equipment.
If the function is in a Marquee or other outside situation the set up position must be undercover and dry.
The floor area must be insulated from the ground and made safe for electrical use. Because of Health and Safety laws this is a requirement that you the booker are responsible for.
